About this piece, from the creator:

I was inspired by the anime Naruto and the Toad summons by the Ninja Jiraiya that appeared in the show. I wanted to create something the fans of the series would recognize and also enjoy seeing a more obscure character from the series.
The piece was hand painted with acrylic paints

ELTORO, is an illustrator, designer and sticker artist. His style is heavily influenced by Looney Tune cartoons, Hip-hop culture, anime and delicious snacks. EL TORO has been credited as one of the pioneer artists in starting the character sticker street art scene in Philadelphia around 2003. His goal is to continue to inspire the younger generation of artists to create.
